Overview
A product studio initiative focused on building, maintaining, and evolving digital products across web, mobile, backend, and AI.
The Problem
Building individual applications is one discipline; building products, systems, and a sustainable engineering practice is another. Yantram is where I work through that transition deliberately, as a real product rather than a showcase.
What I Built
A modern digital studio platform being built from the ground up to demonstrate product thinking and engineering craft — designed around web applications, mobile, backend systems, and AI integrations.
Architecture
Currently a Next.js Application built with the App Router, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. The platform itself serves as a live demonstration of how I structure, design, and ship a modern web product.
Technical Decisions
- Started from a real product brief — a studio with a point of view: Build Steady. Rise Fast.
- Building the platform incrementally as a working product instead of a static portfolio wrapper.
- Using modern Next.js and TypeScript as the foundation so it can grow into web, mobile, and backend services.
- Treating the platform itself as proof of the product-engineering approach it describes.
From apps to products
Shifting from completing individual features to thinking about services, systems, and a repeatable engineering practice across client and internal work.
Scope discipline
Keeping the studio platform focused and shippable rather than an ever-expanding ideas list.
My Contribution
- Defining the product direction and brand position (Build Steady. Rise Fast.).
- Scaffolding the studio platform with Next.js App Router, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
- Exploring reusable product and engineering patterns for client and internal projects.
